Step 1: Belief and Self-Awareness
Why is it important that you believe that you can change?
If you don’t believe that you can change, you won’t! At this stage of your journey, you may or may not believe that change is possible. If you follow the plan step by step, you’ll not only become more confident, you’ll move toward your goals!
Why is self-awareness important?
Self-awareness is important because if we don’t know our tendencies, how can we expect to improve? The way we become self-aware is by learning how to accurately track what you eat and drink so in step 1, we are probably going to sound like sticklers about accuracy! The data you send has to be as close to accurate as you can! For example, if you went to Cheesecake Factory and you ordered a chicken caesar salad and logged a generic entry that is 150 calories, you’ll be off by 940 calories and confused on why you’re not losing! The great thing is that you have us to help! Text us and we will help you log!
