Step 2: Habits and Planning
Where Step 1 was all about mastering accurate logging for self-awareness purposes, mastering the fundamental skills and learning to believe in yourself, Step 2 is taking those skills and using them to learn how to consistently meet those targets! In this step, you will be held to a higher standard so as your coaches, we will pushing you much harder about consistently meeting your targets! This is an exciting thing! Look at how much you have grown already!
Why is planning important?
Think of logging like a roadmap. If you just head in the general direction, you may or may not make it to your destination. If you plan your route and even anticipate situations that can derail your plan, you know for a fact that you’ll get to where you want to go! If we wing it, we may get there but since consistency is such a big part of this journey, planning, prepping if needed and pre-logging is crucial!
Skills for Step 2
Progressing through the steps is done on your time! The skills suggested each week are done with the intention of taking it one step at a time! If we try to learn it all at one time, the odds of you being overwhelmed is high. We walk before we run! If you get behind, no biggie! Just pick right back up where you left off! Our nutrition journey is a lifelong pursuit!
