How to Navigate Traveling By Plane
The main reminder about situations that potentially put us off track is that what matters most is what we do most of the time! If we are off track for a few days, that isn’t even a fraction of a percent in the grand scheme of life! We can always get back on track afterward!
Many don’t know that you can take solid foods in your carry on bag at the airport. That can be really helpful if you are going through airports that do not offer healthy meals. Any liquids over 3 oz will be thrown away so also keep that in mind! Here are some snacks you can bring with you.
Beef or turkey jerky or sticks
Quest Protein Chips
My favorites are the tortilla style (nacho cheese or ranch, chili lime. The regular bbq ones are good too!
Protein bars: snack size Fit Crunch Bars are my go to. (snack size are around the size of a king size snickers and are 190 calories where a full sized is over 300)
No added sugar dried fruit
Prepackaged already popped popcorn
