As important as it is to save you go to meals you make at home, it’s even more important to save healthy go to meals when you eat out! Why? Clients who are successful at this, know that their plans could change at any moment! So what do we do? We have backup plans! If we don’t have our go to meals planned, it becomes super easy to just go with your old habit, go with what sounds good, go with what everyone else at the table is doing and most of the time, that leads to failure! If we go in with a plan, you won’t even have to look at the menu and take the chance of being tempted! Also, why we do recommend have at least 2 go to’s? In our experience, restaurants run out of ingredients sometimes! I can’t tell you how many times I have gone to a restaurant with a completely planned out day and then they are out of my favorite food! Having at least 2 gives us a backup!
