The Benefits of Pre-Logging

The most important thing that leads to getting to your goal is consistency! We aren’t chasing perfection because the only one perfect to walk this earth is Jesus! That being said, since perfection is out the window, we do still want to strive for excellence! We can give our best effort and then also give ourselves grace when we fail!

So what do we mean by pre-logging your day? We mean logging as much of your day as you can. If that is all of your meals plus your snacks and desserts, that is best practice! If you can only log your meals, that’s still awesome! Even if there is only one meal you know you’ll be in control of, log it! It shows us that we will meet our targets before ever eating or drinking a thing!

When is the best time for you to pre-log? For us personally, we pre-log while we are laying in bed scrolling before we go to sleep. Another good time to pre-log is first thing in the morning before you get your day started! If you use the Create a Meal tool for all of your go to’s pre-logging should only take a few minutes.
