Ask Questions!

I know that we have covered a lot of information in Step 1 but what is the fastest and most efficient way to get this program down? Go over the skills but most importantly, ask questions! There is no limit to how many questions you ask or how many times you text us or reach out for help! There are no dumb questions and even if you’ve asked us a question before but don’t remember the answer, that’s ok! Ask us again! We don’t mind at all!

Here are some common questions that we get asked:

  • We are going to XXXXXX restaurant, can you tell me what would be a healthy and high protein option?

  • Would you mind explaining why you increased or decreased my calorie target after my weekly assessment?

  • I haven’t seen progress the last couple of weeks. Can we talk through that and see what I could do differently to help get the scale moving?

  • I am eating this meal from this mom and pop restaurant that doesn’t have their nutrition listed on their menu or website. Could you help me estimate my serving sizes and let me know what good entries I could use for those estimates?

  • I had an unplanned breakfast that ended up being high in carbs. Could you help me with some high protein and low calorie meals so I can balance out my day?

These are just a few examples but there are no off limit questions! If we don’t know the answer, we will be honest and let you know but we will help you find an answer!
